He completed his early schooling in Chennai before moving to Bangalore for higher studies. He earned his B.Sc. degree from APS College, which became the foundation for his academic and professional growth.

Driven by a deep interest in learning, Dr. Sharma went on to study at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His academic journey then took him to Harvard University, where he explored law, history, economics, and management, shaping a strong global outlook.

His career took a remarkable turn when he joined Pfizer in Singapore. Within a short span, he rose to become one of the youngest CEOs at the organization. Despite this international success, his desire to serve his homeland brought him back to India.

Inspired by a personal vision, he ventured into entrepreneurship and established a pharmacy retail business named in honor of his daughter. His journey reflects dedication, leadership, and a commitment to creating meaningful impact.
